Nearly fifty plot owners organized the Walnut Grove Cemetery Improvement Association at a chamber of commerce meeting. Officers include Mrs. B. Cash President Miss Shelton First VP A M Wilburn Second VP Dr G Z Thornhill Treasurer and L D Wilmore Secretary. The group plans a membership drive aiming for 300 to 500 members with $1 yearly dues to fund beautification.
