BLUEFIELD The Princeton Mercer County Chamber of Commerce backed a Route 52 interchange plan linking southbound traffic to Route 460 at Green Valley. President Kirk Story said the chamber supports the Green Valley option, noting it offers the greatest economic benefits to Mercer County and minimizes impact on existing homes and businesses. The move follows a 13 year campaign by Ammar Jr. of the Bluefield to Huntington Highway Association for federal funding to upgrade Route 52 from Bluefield to Huntington.
