An 18-year-old Carlos Muncy Jr. died in a Sunday morning crash near War at about 5 45 am. State police say alcohol was a factor. The collision occurred at Route 16 and Route 9, involving Wesley Baker 29 of North Carolina in a 1994 GMC truck. Baker was transported to Charleston Area Medical Center.
