McDowell Man Faces 20 Charges in Family Mistreatment Case
Everett Eugene Whitt, 46, of Cucumber, was arrested in Mercer County and charged with 10 felony counts of family mistreatment and 10 counts of second degree sexual incident after a juvenile said he harmed her to influence pregnancy. The WV State Police Welch detachment led the investigation.
