Virginia plans two I-77 construction bids totaling about 7 million dollars for a 5.76 mile segment south of the Bland Wythe county line. The projects call for grading and draining work with 6.88 million cubic yards of excavation and will open bids in Richmond on December 14. Contractors from across the nation are expected to bid.
