In Rundy Virginia Juvenile court Judge J W McClintock certified Michael Bell Dotson and Anna Dotson of Hurley to the grand jury on charges of causing or permitting serious injury to a minor. Dr G Labry Radach testified about the infant Michael Ray Dotson treated July 13 at Buchanan General Hospital for bruises poor nutrition and a broken arm with prior leg fracture later found on skeletal survey. The case involves the parents custody and alleged injuries to the baby.
