Progress on the Those Who Served War Museum at the Memorial Building continues but will not be unveiled at Veterans Day events. A 21 year old man named Joshua Rudiger was arrested in San Francisco Tuesday with a bloody knife in his pocket. He is tied to slashing four homeless people in the last three weeks, with three men and one woman victims. Police say the attacks occurred near where the latest throat cut victim was found sleeping.
