Beirut Airport Closed as Syrians Mobilize Forces

Princeton Plant Site Eyed For 10 Million Rehab Center

A Pennsylvania firm plans a 10 million dollar, 65 bed rehabilitation hospital at Princeton's former Liberty Electro site. American Health Enterprises aims to staff 163 full time employees and provide extensive therapy and medical services to a seven county region plus nearby Virginia counties. The project, approved by local hospital boards and the state Health Department, could be fully operational by 1988 89 with bond financing of about 9.8 million dollars and an equity contribution of 1.1 million including land value.

Officials Deny Finding Grave on Grenada Coast

U S officials in Grenada and Washington said no gravesite has been found near the Grenada coast. Earlier reports suggested a mass grave of Prime Minister Maurice Bishop and up to 150 victims of a coup. Confusion arose from mixed statements and communications issues between Grenada and Washington.

Fate of 92-year-old Bluefield man before Mercer hearing

A 92-year-old Bluefield man lacking food and clothing faces an upcoming Mercer County hearing on November 18 to determine incompetence and appoint a guardian to manage his affairs potentially move him to a nursing home. West Virginia braces for colder spell Thursday to Saturday

National Weather Service says a sharp cooldown moves into West Virginia from Thursday through Saturday. In the meantime Tuesday brings sunny skies and warmer conditions with highs in the upper 50s to mid 60s and clear nights with lows in the 30s, dipping to the mid-20s in the mountains. The area hosts numerous drug meetings noted on Page 6.
