Bluefield Man Found Murdered In Apartment
A 43 year old Bluefield man Emory Lee Crawford was found beaten to death in a vacant second floor apartment in Bluefield's downtown. His body lay face up with the end of a four foot bamboo pole placed in his mouth. Police said he died within 24 hours and no suspects were named. An autopsy was planned for the day.
