William A. Hansen of Chambersburg Pa arrives in Bluefield to direct a three month playground program. He meets local officers and outlines a plan to start activities next week with supervisors named for South Bluefield Central East End North Side and West End. Hansen, 29, brings extensive playground experience from Sag Harbor and Chambersburg and holds credentials from Tech High Cortland Normal Ohio Northern and the National Recreational School.
