A record deluge from overnight rain flooded up to 2,100 homes and displaced about 2,100 families in Tulsa. Magistrate Judy Decker Dies After Auto Crash
McDowell Magistrate Judy Decker 41 of Squire died Sunday from injuries after a one vehicle crash on state Route 16 near Coalwood. She was Southbound at high speed when she lost control on a sharp curve, plunging 260 feet down an embankment. Decker, serving her second term, was to seek a third term June 5 as a Democratic candidate. Her body was sent to Charleston for the official cause of death.

Caltex Bars Ships From Northern Gulf Amid Gulf Conflict
