In the May term of Tazewell Circuit Court the criminal docket nears completion with six appeals left. Wyndham H. Gray was fined 150 dollars and six months for a second drunk driving offense. Tate Harman was acquitted on bootlegging charges. Avery Cline Johnson had non support dismissed. Kenneth Christian received a four month suspended sentence for drunkenness. Paul Horton had his four month sentence raised to 12 months for contributing to delinquency of a minor.
