The Glenwood Park United Methodist Home in Princeton will begin a five phase expansion this summer costing about 950000 to 1 million dollars. The project adds a wing for 25 residents and two nursing rooms, encloses the courtyard as a year round greenhouse, expands the cafeteria and adds a storage room. The home will reach 160 total capacity with 100 retirees and 60 health care residents. Farley anticipates 3 to 5 new jobs after completion. A certificate of need was approved by the West Virginia Health Care Cost Review Authority and a loan of 1250000 is in negotiation with One Valley Bank.
