Manslaughter Charge Against Cop Dropped
A technical manslaughter charge against State Trooper Kenneth Crabtree was dismissed after a Washington County Court found no criminal negligence. Crabtree was driving a state police car that struck and killed 61 year old Mrs. Edward Donahue of Queens New York on U S 11 east of Bristol.Witnesses said Crabtree was traveling at a reasonable speed and in a proper manner when the accident occurred.
