Cunningham Dean S. Cunningham M D of For Women Only Inc on North Street agreed to pay 428000 to satisfy a consent judgment in a federal civil case. He was charged with defrauding Medicaid of 214000 by billing for services not provided and no show visits from 1998 to 2001.
