Mercer County legacy celebrated with cake and court prep
Princeton Public Library hosts a cake baking contest on Thursday March 16 from 6 to 8 pm honoring Mercer County’s 160th anniversary. Circuit Judge candidates will practice their craft and select a best cake. Call 487 5045 to register by 5 pm Saturday March 11. The column also features family visits in Florida and several crowd pleasing recipes by Margaret Ann Bambrick Louise Adams and Vonnie Wallace Edwards and Sons pork products.
