Back of the Dragon project gains county support in Tazewell
Virginia Byway designation could boost tourism and economic development in the region. The Tazewell County Board of Supervisors approved a resolution backing the Back of the Dragon motorcycle trail project presented by Larry Davidson. Officials aim to attract both local riders and international visitors, creating jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities, with Back of the Dragon Days planned June 4 at the Historic Crab Orchard Museum in coordination with regional recreation authorities and National Trail Days.
