Local woman charged with allowing child sexual abuse in Mercer County
Amber Nicole Phillips of Princeton, 31, faces a charge as a parent or guardian enabling sexual abuse of a female juvenile. Prosecutors say she admitted knowledge of sexual contact between the juvenile and her husband Eric Shawn Phillips, who is charged separately. Both are jailed with bonds set at $50,000 cash or surety for Amber and no bond for Eric.

Local school worker charged with obscene material exchange
Summer Dawn Quesinberry a 24 year old Princeton Mercer County high school custodian was charged with three counts of preparation distribution or exhibition of obscene matter to minors after images were exchanged with students. A mother reported inappropriate photos found on a student’s phone and police say messages showed an inappropriate relationship between the adult and juveniles. Quesinberry admitted sending pictures of herself to three students in 2022 but said no physical contact occurred.
