Kimball man dies after single vehicle crash in Carswell Hollow
Richard Mitchem 36 of Northfork died at Welch Community Hospital after a Jeep CJ5 ran off Secondary Route 52/7 near Kimball. Driver James Lowe 47 from Kimball tested 0.188 on intoxilizer and faces DUI charges with injuries and death. Two passengers were injured. conditions not released. Bond set at 100000. Proceedings pending preliminary hearing.
