FBI agents found the deadly fuel truck chassis with a serial number and Saudi authorities report a license plate and sketches for two suspects. Defense Secretary Perry toured the blast site saying security has been tightened after concerns of scouts near the 2000-strong U.S. servicemen complex. Perimeter barriers were moved out to 400 feet.
