Opposition To Mandatory Tap On Ordinance Grows
A Henry County Virginia group opposes a mandatory tap on ordinance and weighs joining Abbs Valley in a suit against the Tazewell County Water and Sewer Authority over a county system. Abbs Valley residents oppose forced connections, claiming constitutional rights and continuing private wells. The case, aided by amicus briefs and state officials, centers on local water authority powers and mandatory connections.
