Niagara Falls N Y June 28 Mrs Frank Rosa died tonight in hospital from a wound inflicted by her husband Friday during a mission service. The husband was arrested for murder after the attack. Two clergy related killings had preceded this incident and a congregation member Leonard Towe was wounded but expected to recover.
Roger Q. Williams announced he will launch from Roosevelt Field on a non-stop 1600 mile flight to Bermuda with Errol Boyd as co pilot and Lieut H E Connors as navigator. The flight is expected to take 18 to 20 hours with a weather forecast calling for favorable conditions. Williams noted no Bermuda landing field exists but may use flower gardens near the military officers quarters in an emergency.
Coey Lake and Lewis Lake, a father and son, were jailed in Grafton after state police raided the Lake home at Flemington and convicted them of possession of home brew. The two faced an indefinite sentence following the conviction.

St Louis June 28 Announcement by Joseph R Heckel says the Hunter brothers of Chicago may attempt next month to exceed the 420 hour endurance flight record held by Dale Jackson and Forrest O Brien They seek 35000 to finance the flight which would start July 13 at Lambert St Louis field They plan to stay aloft until the plane shakes to pieces using sister ships of the St Louis Robin and calling the new craft The Greater St Louis
In Pittsburgh on June 28 Arthur Gilchrist 22 shot his brothers John 25 and Elmer 12 then killed himself. John and Elmer were wounded and all three were taken to a hospital in critical condition pending updates on their injuries.
