Two Wyoming fugitives nabbed in Pineville chase
Kelly Belcher a 24 year old fugitive wanted for murder and criminal assault and one of four inmates who staged a jail break last Thursday were captured and returned to the Wyoming county jail in Pineville. Belcher was found near Eli Moran’s home on Bud mountain at 7 25 p m after a 24 hour search involving over thirty state police. He surrendered after sending a warning to his friends. Raymond Crist was captured at Allen Junction near his father’s house around 5 a m yesterday. A $250 reward had been posted for Belcher’s capture.
