Stocks Post Minor Loss In Sluggish Trading
New York stocks edged down slightly on Monday after an early pullback, with a partial rebound in computer shares aiding the comeback. IBM led gains in computers, Digital Equipment and Burroughs rose, and Wang Laboratories helped the Amex. Dow fell 3.92 to 1320.56 as volume slowed, while Nasdaq closed at 289.97 up 1.26.
