Chamber Of Commerce To Erect Official Lemonade Thermometer
Bluefield Chamber of Commerce plans to purchase and place an official thermometer at Bland and Federal to mark 90 degrees with a lemonade giveaway. The device, bought from Taylor Instrument Co via Bluefield Supply Co, will be housed in a lemonade glass replica and labeled Nature's Air-Conditioned City. Until installed, the Federal Aviation Agency readings will remain the official source.
