Bank case shows Church and Graham face sentencing
Attorneys for Church and Graham filed motions for acquittal or new trial on June 1. The government opposed these motions, arguing substantial evidence supported guilty verdicts on multiple counts. The filing references obstruction, document disposal tied to a $515 million discrepancy, and the bank’s collapse under OCC and FDIC actions. Sentencing is set for July 31.
