Bluefield Man Sentenced To 10 Years For Girl's Rape

In Mercer County Circuit Court Judge John R. Frazier sentenced Kenneth Jackson Shultz a Bluefield man to five to ten years in state prison for second degree sexual assault involving an 11 year old girl. A Princeton resident received one to five years for LSD delivery. Additional cases included dismissing a marijuana charge against Scott French and placing Michael Lee Miller on probation after a suspended sentence.
