Bandits Lose a Dollar in Schaumburg Bank Robbery
Bandits failed robbery at Farmers Bank of Schaumburg near Elgin Illinois. They left with no loot after H W Freise bank president, shot by a robber, activated the burglar alarm. The bandits who had paid Freise to change a dollar fled when the alarm rang.
