Closing Of Plant Doesn't End Dispute
BRISTOL Va AP The coal strike may be over but a labor dispute at Castle Mobile Homes near Bristol continues. Teamsters Local 549, about 80 active members, strike since February 1980 over pay and sick day policy while the plant sits closed and up for sale under owner H D Ward. Union plans to file unfair labor practices if bargaining is blocked, as Ward's dealership nearby sells homes from other plants.
