Supreme Court shields officials in wiretap case
The Supreme Court by a 5 2 vote grants immunity to former Attorney General John N Mitchell and other cabinet members for unlawful wiretaps where courts later deemed the action unlawful. In separate notes, a Kentucky principal is reprimanded for urging seniors to avoid interracial dating and a Rockford nun sues for 25 million dollars over a pregnancy related dismissal.
