Walker charged with seven espionage counts in Navy case
Arthur Walker, 50, a defense contractor employee and brother of John Walker, was indicted in Norfolk on seven espionage counts for allegedly providing classified Navy ship repair documents to the Soviet Union from 1980 to 1985.
