Marshall fraternity truck fire investigated as arson
Huntington authorities say a Marshall University fraternity fire truck was deliberately set. The 1967 International Engine fire truck, a memorial to a member who died in the 1990s, sits at the Phi Kappa Alpha house. A propane tank was placed inside the vehicle before it was ignited. Alumni plan to raise funds to repair or replace the truck, known as Thumper.
