Makeshift levee nears completion to guard Hamburg Iowa
Hamburg Iowa braces as Missouri River floodwater nears a temporary flood wall after breaching the primary levee south of the border. Army Corps official Robert Michaels says the wall could be reached by Thursday while downstream areas bolster defenses during a rising water forecast.
