Bay Leaf and Basil Boost Tomato Dishes
The addition of bay leaf and basil enhances tomato based meals by adding aromatic notes and depth. These herbs complement acidity, balancing flavors in sauces soups and stews. Basil offers fresh peppery sweetness while bay leaf provides warm earthy undertones during simmering.
