Bluefield Virginia town officials say the new town hall next to Graham Middle School will relocate on August 24 with a grand opening tentatively set for October 10. The facility is described as spacious and high quality, expected to serve for decades. An update on the Bluefield Regional Ambulatory Surgery Center notes slow start but improving use, with plans for future development. An interim inter-municipal agreement with Bluefield Sanitary Board provides upgraded water capacity and upgrades to the Westside plant to 8.1 million gallons per day.
