School board debate on attorney and policy change continues
Board members clash over Altizer dismissal seen as power play to replace authority. Davis defends Altizer tenure and board attorney role, noting no overturned decisions and few legal cases. Bluefield resident Willie Rose argues Compton and Compton could raise costs versus Altizer. Public reaction to policy 1-26 raises concerns about board access to employee records.
