Judge David A Faber says sale in best interest. preliminary injunction froze assets Sept 19 2003. trustee H Lynden Graham Jr oversees Melgar assets in Bangkok and worldwide. Melgar linked to Coast Partners Inc and FNB Keystone securitization.
