Princeton to appoint new mayor at reorganization meeting
Princeton city council will select a new mayor from among members at the annual reorganization meeting later this month after Mayor Will Stafford withdrew his candidacy for another term. The council also approved several actions including staffing changes to the planning commission, a boundary adjustment for a city parcel, and contracts for city hall roof and biannual street paving. Stafford praised SummerFest 2002 and officials thanked staff for the festival’s success.
