Stellar Named Superintendent For Mercer County Ohio
Dr. Arthur W. Stellar of Shaker Heights is named Mercer County's new superintendent with a two year contract from July 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985 at 48500 annually plus fringes. He will also serve as educational reorganization consultant at 3400. Stellar, 36, holds a doctorate and has led Shaker Heights district recognized for excellence. He is a Columbus native with a long career in Maryland and Massachusetts before Shaker Heights.
