Fred Lee Troy 34 longtime Intermont Coal and Iron Co general manager Josephine Virginia died Thursday night at Mount Regis sanitarium Salon Virginia after a illness. He is survived by his widow Janet Bailey and son Fred Lee Jr. and by his parents Rev and Mrs W H Troy Eckman Wise County two siblings Olin Troy and Mrs John Barlow Bluefield. He served eighteen months overseas in World War I and belonged to Royal Arch Masonic Lodge Big Stone Gap Kazim Temple Roanoke and Knights Templar Norton. He graduated National Business College Roanoke.
