Cumberland Road PSD May See Water Rate Hike Without Board

Public Service District in Mercer County seeks three new board members by June 10 to avoid doubling water rates. The district, formed in the mid 1970s, remains under West Virginia American Water operation. Residents from Cumberland Road to John Nash Boulevard must reside in the district.
