Flooding Ravages McDowell and Buchanan Counties
Damage from Thursday morning floods spread across Mud Fork Bull Creek Greenbrier Hollow and Short Pole areas in McDowell and Buchanan Counties along with ruined private bridges flooded yards and basements. No injuries were reported as residents aid each other and officials assess roads and infrastructure.
