Hypnosis reported incident influences Alabama hearing

MOBILE ALABAMA June 4 A 25 year old television repairman faces charges of hypnotizing a young housewife and engaging in sexual relations. The case drew the court’s attention as bond was set at 300 dollars for Jesse Overton Jr. The victim testified the incident occurred May 25 after hypnosis and a claim of marriage. her husband, an amateur hypnotist, corroborated claims of a hypnotic sequence. Rural mail carrier J P Darwin plans to donate his 11 pound 5 foot muzzle loader attributed to Davy Crockett to the Daughters of the Texas Revolution. Ostend Hotel Fire Destroys Jersey Boardwalk Inn
