In Floyd County Virginia Eder Guzman Rodriguez 30 was sentenced to over 20 years after pleading no contest to first degree murder in the death of his 2 year old daughter Jocelyn The child died in 2011 with injuries including fractured ribs and blunt force trauma prosecutors say he believed a demon possessed her and he carried out an exorcism after stating a bad spirit entered him He will be deported after serving his sentence
