Salvage judge recalls ship that brought father to America
In Camden New Jersey federal Judge Joseph Rodriguez heard scuba diver John Chatterton seek an Admiralty arrest to salvage artifacts from the SS Carolina sunk by a German U boat in 1918. Chatterton's discovery linked to the judge's late father Mario Rodriguez who survived the voyage to the United States.
