Carilion Health System and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Virginia announce a joint venture to create the states first health maintenance organization in southwest Virginia. Blue Cross will handle insurance and administration while Carilion provides care through 13 hospitals and 500 doctors. California firm to begin operations in Princeton plant
A California firm, Aspen Technologies Inc. ATI, plans to start manufacturing within days at the former El-Tech plant in Princeton.
