Voters in 10 West Virginia towns chose mayors and council members in Tuesday elections. In Princeton Ward 1 Lacy Shrewsbury defeated Charles Skeens 246 to 106, Ward 2 James Morrison beat Mike Flanagan 204 to 102, Ward 3 incumbent Sam Thurmer won 125 to 43, Ward 4 Lewis Skeens 216 to 106. At large, Kephart led with 552, Perry 150, Smith 109. An amendment to raise pay for councilmen failed 631 to 622. Glen Scott elected Bramwell mayor 188 to 131 over D W McCormick. Dudash unopposed for town recorder with 250.
