Goodman Held for Grand Jury in Phipps Murder Case
Frank Goodman of Pocahontas was bound over to the Tazewell county grand jury on a murder charge in the death of Henry Phipps last Sunday night on a mountain near Boissevain. The body, found Monday near the whiskey still site, shows a heart wound. the gun used allegedly belonged to the victim.
