Georgian officials to study U S local government methods in WV VA
Four Georgian public administrators join Open World program for a June visit to Bluefield and nearby towns in West Virginia and Southwest Virginia. They will meet with local government bodies, chambers, and development authorities to study budgeting, citizen participation, federalism, and democratic institution building. A fundraiser dinner is planned to support study abroad scholarships.
