Two Bluefield board members walk out amid Carter complaints
Two Bluefield Board of Directors left Tuesday's meeting during Leland Carter's lengthy list of grievances. They cited fatigue from his ongoing accusations and said Carter dominates meetings. The session continued with other city business and a push to address trash cleanup on East River Mountain.
